We are currently seeking 1 full time position.

The main aspects of the job include regular interactions with customers on the phone, email, and social media and assisting with day-to-day office administrative tasks.

Specific Job Duties Include:
Engage with customers on a daily basis by phone, email, and through social media
Responsible to office administrative tasks such as maintaining databases and supply inventory
Act as an ambassador of the Harmony Resorts brand
Work with relevant electronic tools and applications (Google suite, RMS, Monday, Rent Manager, Slack, Grasshopper, etc.) as appropriate to role
Conduct on-site visits of each park, as needed or as directed
Maintain accountability to the Harmony Resorts Executive team by actively participating in team meetings and communications and responding to requests in a timely manner
