Position: Talent Acquisition Administrator
Location: 40 Liberty Boulevard Malvern, PA – 19355
Duration: 3 Months
Position Description:
ยท Supports development and / or implements recruiting standards in order to ensure effective staffing in the organization.
ยท Supports management in the design and development of talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods and tools.
ยท Cooperates with and advices HR operations and or HR business partners or line management in related matters.
ยท Plans and executes projects to improve recruiting processes.
ยท Implements talent acquisition standards and ensures effective recruiting programs and respective measures (on regional and local level).
ยท May perform or support individual and / or group assessments and analyses results.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
