Required skills –

1. Fresh college graduates who, if they do not have the experience, are interested and willing to learn the portable CMM equipment, Manager and the team are willing to train the candidates on CMM Equipment.

2. Should have experience or knowledge during their academics with design tools such as – AutoCAD, Solid Works, Bluebeans, Inventor, etc.

3. They should should know how to work with computer and have basic skills with MS office suiteDuration: 12 months with possible extension.

Location: Princeton, IN. 100% on-site

Travel: Up to 75% across United States, Mexico and Canada.

Overtime: Up to 20 hours of overtime every week while they’ll be asked to work on alternate weekends. Also, the Manager will try for them not to work more than 19 days in a row.

Interview process –

1. 45 minutes of TEAMs interview with the Hiring Manager and other Quality Managers.

2. 2nd round of in-person interview for 60 minutes with the Hiring Manager one of the lead techs or members from the team.

Description –

o Checking body welding tooling and part accuracy using Vectorarm, Perceptron, & FARO portable CMM equipment.

o Gather part information from Digital Engineering systems.

o Checking part quality using hand tools and quality checking fixtures.

o Support Sheetmetal Sub-assy. and Body build trials and activities during pre-production events.

o Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, parts, and part fitting.

o Analyze part and sub-assembly data and provide feedback to project leader(s).

Requirements –

o At least 3 years Automotive Quality experience.

o Capable of using Vectorarm, FARO, scanners, laser tracker or similar portable CMM equipment.

o Strong Computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

o Able to create and maintain schedules.

o Ability to work weekends, holidays, off shifts, and overtime.

o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

o Ability to handle medium to heavy physical work.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.78 – $35.00 per hour
