We are looking to hire an onboarding coordinator for a pharmaceutical research project in Waltham, MA!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Onboarding coordination including scheduling, communication, development and distribution of materials, etc.
• Support initiatives regarding culture, organizational change, engagement, and office effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the scheduling of on-site interviews through full lifecycle of recruiting including direct contact with candidates, external recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal team members.
• Work with Human Resources to coordinate training events, organizational development initiatives, internal
• Assist in ongoing evolution of the department, including generating fun, creative new ideas to enhance employee engagement across broad audiences using various channels

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in a related field
• 3-6 years of previous onboarding or similar experience
• Experience with Excel & Share Point
• Experience with employee event planning, new hire orientations, or employee resource groups
• Previous experience working at an international/global company is a plus
• Previous experience in biotech is a strong plus
