Computer-Rx Hiring for SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR at Remote Full Time

JOB SUMMARY

Aids in the success of our pharmacy clients by procuring many of the products and services they require to operate on a day-to-day basis. Purchases goods and services from multiple distributors and vendors to ensure TDS has the tools necessary to operate as a successful business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with suppliers to place orders fulfilled for TDS clients and associates
• Procure goods and services from distributors and various vendors; both for resale to clients as well as those needed internally for TDS Associates
• Build relationships with vendors and supply chain network
• Assist in managing workflow of inventory and services from receipt to fulfillment
• Accurately track inventory reorder points to ensure TDS has the goods to fulfill to clients
• Manage TDS recurring subscriptions to ensure there is no unnecessary cancellations or drops in service
• Manage TDS client subscriptions renewals as needed (ex. Oracle licenses)
• Stay up to date on any and all inventory end-of-life dates and price adjustments so that we can be proactive about any changes to TDS offerings
• Processes hardware purchases for all TDS
• Places all TDS orders, not just hardware

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of IT hardware, supply chains, logistics is a plus
• High School Diploma/GED
• 0-1 years of experience required
