Description:

Full-time salaried position which reports to the Training Manager. Responsibilities include on-site and internet-based training. Travel is an essential function of the job. Therefore, a current valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led software application training in classroom and internet-based environments
• Complete required training documentation
• Resolve installation and training issues with Company’s clients
• Prepare client specific training documentation
• Participate in trade shows and continuing education seminars as needed
• Conduct live training webinars
• Represent Compulink Healthcare Solutions in a professional manner

Skills:

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to create a positive first impression, command attention and establish classroom presence

· Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years Compulink Healthcare Solutions experience
• Experience in Medical Billing and Practice Management
• Experience in Electronic Medical Records
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Competent and proficient understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in classroom/web-based software instruction
• 4 year degree or equivalent
• Live within 60 miles of an airport
• Eligible to work in US
• Proficiency with English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
