Compugen is looking for a Deskside Support Analyst for a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:
Participate in imaging and deployment of Desktop, Laptops, tablets and peripherals following deployment documentation and checklists

Test for nominal operation of devices post-deployment

Troubleshooting to identify and resolve root cause of hardware or software malfunctions at the deskside level

Follow documentation and direction as required

Provide proper and prompt updates to project documentation

Qualifications:
Experience imaging, deploying, troubleshooting and upgrading desktops, laptops and tablet

5 -10 yrs of IT deskside and and help desk support.

Previous experience completing complex Installs, moves, adds, changes of computer equipment

Windows Operating System proficiency ideally in Windows 10

Experience with Service Now is an asset

Previous oil and gas experience is a strong asset

Effective written and verbal interpersonal skills

Ability to perfor smart hands support to servers and network equipment

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

A+ Certification an asset

familiarity with data centre

WHIMS, H2S Alive, First Aid / CPR, or other Oil & Gas site specific certifications considered an asset
