Job Description

This role involves collaborating closely with customers and business analysts to understand and refine project requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and transforming business requirements to facilitate data processing with ETL tools, ensuring data is ready for system testing and integration.

They will create and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, and oversee the development of test cases and user stories.

The position also includes coordinating with offshore teams, implementing data warehousing techniques, optimizing performance, and ensuring timely project deliveries.

Additionally, the role demands involvement in design solutions, providing L2 / L3 support, troubleshooting, and continuously identifying improvements in technology and processes to enhance digital integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing techniques.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in creating functional and technical documents, including mapping documents and test cases.
• Experience with Agile methodology, including defining user stories and managing sprints.
• Knowledge of DataStage, PL / SQL Services, and performance tuning.
• Ability to provide L2 / L3 support and troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with digital strategy and the ability to identify new technologies for project enhancement.
• Strong coordination skills to work with offshore teams and stakeholders.
• Capability to provide effort estimates and implement design and development with expected results.
• Experience in organizing knowledge transfer sessions and maintaining project documentation, including production s and incident tracking.
