Comprehensive Dental Care, Inc Hiring for Dental Front Office Claims Specialist and Scheduler at Oxon Hill, MD Full Time

We use Dentrix. The position requires you to have an expert knowledge of all aspects of dental claims including but not limited to verification of benefits, assignment of benefits, Pt co-pays, efficient communication with insurance companies, and, getting the maximum coverage on behalf of the patients.

The applicant must also have excellent knowledge and experience in electronic claims submission and the accurate ledger entries of insurance and patient payments and the subsequent calculations of balances owed. Careful monitoring of production and collections and the calculation of balances and billing is a necessary skill for this position. Scheduling experience is a must but a second person will be able to assist in scheduling. The most important skill is politeness and professionalism. You have to be very pleasant and easy to get along with others at all times when on the job.

Office hours are Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
