Responsibilities:

· Maintain good employee morale, communication, and teamwork

· Understand OH&S safe work practices and procedures and follow them consistently

· Provide leadership and aid in training junior employees

· Provide feedback to supervisors and management on process improvements

Skills and qualifications:

· Valid TCP certificate

· All required PPE

· Ability to effectively communicate with drivers and operators

· General construction and flagging knowledge

· Have knowledge of OH&S regulations and knowledge of construction disciplines (knowledge of materials and methods required)

· Attention to detail
