Complete Health Chiropractic and Massage is Looking for Chiropractic Assistant Full Time

We are seeking two Chiropractic Assistants to join us in our Okotoks and South Calgary location.

Our new clinic is located in SW Calgary in a busy NEW Costco complex. Complete Health Calgary is a new branch of our Complete Health Clinic in Okotoks, AB where our collaborative team serves 500 patients per week.

Complete Health is a multidisciplinary natural health care facility located in Okotoks. We have a collaborative network of highly skilled practitioners who provide our patients with the best and most innovative care methods for injury correction, prevention and health optimization.

Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line telephone to schedule appointments, reschedule patients, confirm appointments, and answer questions about services provided and/or general inquiries
• Direct and manage patient flow
• Working as a team to ensure that patient service is your highest priority
• Be attentive to patient’s needs
• Provide exceptional verbal and written communication skills with practitioners, other team members and patients
• Engage and interact with patients and uphold the policies and values of the office
• Promote & support a team environment willing to take on additional roles and challenges as they arise
• Significant multi-tasking and comfortable working in a fast paced work environment
• Collect proper patient information, maintaining and respecting confidentiality of patient and office information
• Ensure the office/rooms are prepared for each shift
• Coordinate patient care plans and implement the doctors’ recommendations for care
• Book patient care plans, reschedule within our office policies and keep patients on track with their care plans
• Process payments
• Mindfulness in all office interactions and tasks
• Assist in housekeeping duties (increased cleaning and sanitizing, emptying waste baskets, etc

Chiropractic Office Assistant Experience/Requirements:

• Strong customer service/patient focus experience and skills
• Energetic, self-confident, always smiling
• Ability to self-direct and prioritize
• Reception/Telephone experience
• Enjoy working as a team, possessing a passion of natural health care
• Experience in a busy chiropractic or medical clinical office setting preferred
• Ability to work calmly in a fast paced work environment
• Comfortable dealing with people of all ages (newborns to seniors)
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
• Knowledge of natural health care (chiropractic, massage, acupuncture and naturopath)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
