As a Call Center Liaison, you will serve as a connection for callers, exemplifying our core competencies of cultural, clinical, and operational excellence. You will be the go-to for all things Complete Care!
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed solutions and answers to all inquiries.
- Possess exemplary communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to perform individually and as a team member.
- Exude passion and empathy.
- Properly manage needs by directing callers to the appropriate contacts.
- Support Complete Care office staff to conduct outbound communication with patients as needed
