Complete Balance Acupuncture & Rehab Clinic is Looking for Office Clerk/Administration Full Time

Qualification and Skills

• Able to work early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends
• Speaks fluent English
• Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Google Sheets and other IT skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Creative and possesses good communication skills
• Long term commitment preferred (may be offered full-time position in the future)
• Having interest in social media is a definite plus

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer the phone and manage the schedule
• Greet and assist patients in answering inquiries and questions
• Provide administrative support for clinic practitioners
• Complete the work assigned by the clinic manager
• Perform general clerical duties (photocopies, manage emails etc)
• Create invoices and record payments
• Insurance claims
• Manage inventory
• Clean and prepare rooms prior to each patient

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
