Position Overview

In this role, you will provide vital medical consultation and medication management services for our adult and youth residential programs. Your responsibilities will include conducting nursing assessments, monitoring health needs, triaging medication conditions, and arranging medication appointments. You will also play a crucial role in educating consumers about medications and monitoring their self-administration. Additionally, you will coordinate with pharmacies, consumers, and families to ensure medication needs are met.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing
• LPN licensure in Missouri or RN licensure in Missouri preferred
• GPN candidates must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation

Working Conditions

As this position involves regular exposure to blood and/or body fluids and biohazard waste materials, it is important to be comfortable working in these conditions. There may also be occasional operation of vehicles or machinery required.
