ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the oil and gas, mining and construction, and defence sectors. Due to anticipated growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor, to focus on management and functional recruitment across our East Coast operations.

The Position

• Proactively sourcing senior candidates using various marketing strategies
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end to end recruitment process
• Partnering with senior site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities
• Developing a pipeline of senior level candidates across management and functional disciplines
• Building healthy talent pools through networking and business relationships

The Person

• Internal or agency recruitment experience across senior level disciplines
• Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential
• Someone looking for a stepping stone to eventually move into a Recruitment Lead position;
• Or alternatively, someone not interested in management, but who loves the search!
