We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor (or experienced Recruitment Administrator looking to take the next step), interested in joining a fast-paced environment. As integral members of our National Recruitment Team, based in our Cannon Hill Office, you will focus specifically on resourcing experienced Chefs to work across multiple mining services portfolios throughout QLD and NT.

The Position

• Manage the front end recruitment process, from sourcing through to medical
• Proactively sourcing candidates using various strategies, including our Page Up system
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
• Talent pooling for current and future vacancies

The Person

• Proven resourcing, administrative and organisational skills
• Recruitment experience on volume recruitment campaigns (Chef sourcing advantageous)
• A strong sense of initiative and drive to deliver in a busy environment
• Exceptional phone manner, attention to detail and data entry skills
• Problem solving skills and able to deliver on tight deadlines
