The Position

How does a company like ours have positions available? Well so far, 2022 has been a time for reflection and growth and we have acknowledged that to be successful, we must grow. We are now looking to engage experienced Recruiters to join our team and manage high volume portfolios.

You will manage your own national recruitment portfolio hiring a wide selection of permanent and casual hospitality professionals including Chefs, Cleaners, Catering Assistants, Grounds Maintenance, Trades, Housekeeping, Management and more!

This Recruitment Advisor role would likely suit an agency recruiter looking to take the next step into internal recruitment or any recruiter looking to move into a fast moving and dynamic environment. This role is end to end. You are the candidate manager and the client manager. Your success will be driven by your ability to communicate extremely well with all levels of our business and potential employees.

The Person

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to demonstrate:

• Recruitment/mobilisation experience, ideally in volume resourcing
• A strong sense of initiative and drive to deliver in a busy environment
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Experience in using recruitment systems (Page Up experience is ideal!)
• You work well within a team and contributes to overall team strength through collaboration
• Customer focus in everything you do – People are our business and we are nothing without them!
• Incredible stakeholder management skills
