Compass Group Hiring for HR Co-Ordinator – Westhill Aberdeenshire at Westhill Full Time
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Delivery of a variety of HR activities to support employees through the employee life cycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, job changes, absence and leavers;
Delivery of the monthly payroll such as time and attendance, supplementary pay and payroll queries;
Delivery of people management training calendar;
Support line managers with operational HR queries;
Produce HR correspondence and documentation as required;
Production of HR reports; and
Support HR projects as and when required;
Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate:
CIPD qualified or working towards;
Strong administration skills;
Confident IT skills including MS outlook, Word, Excel and SAP
Ability to respond to and effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment
