Compass is delighted to be working with an expanding health and social care group that are looking for a HR and Recruitment Advisor to join the vastly growing team. This position is office based with the option to work partially remote. The ideal candidate would have 2-4 years of experience working in HR and recruitment, CIPD membership or equivalent qualification, ability to self-motivate and desire to work in fast-paced environment.
Day to Day:
Provide HR support and advice to all company peoples processes within the colleague life cycle.
Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations including any performance management or absence cases. Working in partnership with management to find resolutions and conclusions, all while working within the companies’ legal guidelines.
Give guidance and advice on the terms and conditions of employment.
Support HR administrative procedures in relation to new and existing employees in accordance to deadlines.
Support managers in disciplinary or grievance hearings when required. Give procedural advice, take notes, and help make sure the managers decisions are communicated appropriately and timely.
Support the maintenance and development of policies and practices in ensuring legal compliance, good practice and supporting the business needs.
Deliver statistical and management information using HRIS and other systems on a routine ad-hoc basis.
Make sure colleague data is managed and located in the correct place.
What you will bring:
HR and recruitment experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and HRIS.
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Strong admin skills.
