We require a HR Administrator to join the human resources team with an exciting Investment Banking company with a majority of clients within the Healthcare sector, this is a hybrid role. Would be looking for someone with a background from either Healthcare, Education or a customer facing industry. The team work to deliver a full spectrum of HR related services across the organisation working on key projects and service delivery. Joining an established and experienced HR team you’ll be part of a department where there is a strong emphasis on teamwork with a variety of online courses and career development opportunities available. Occasional travel to the office Hampton Court.As a HR Administrator, you will have experience, interest, and passion all things within human resource within an evolving company. You’ll work in partnership with the wider team and other colleagues in the planning, organisation and execution of a variety of projects and responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Support in HR responsibilities within the company dealing with 1st hand issues across the company
Support in the assistance of the team and HR systems which are developing within the provider
Working closely with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, with further training to be expected
Have a good understanding of payroll and how to advise and support bringing on new employees onto payroll and making sure these are completed on time.
Be part of the team that is responsible for the training of new employees
Monitoring all policies within the provider
To support the Senior HR & further teams with projects as required
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Flexible “can do” attitude
Pro-active, self-motivated, able to get involved in all projects and tasks as needed no matter how big or small
Confident with working within a smaller team
Good communicational, organisation and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of relevant servers and HR databases
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams
A formal Human Resource qualification would be helpful but not essential.
