They are growing with both additional properties and innovative new services for seniors. As a specialist operator of luxury boutique care homes in Central London. They are on course for rapid expansion with the opening of three new homes and the launch of a home care business over the next 3 years. 2022 will see a new home opening in Notting Hill and 2023 in Belgravia. In addition to a portfolio of our innovative seniors services in London.
As a company they shall grow from 100 employees to close to 400 hundred during that period.
Following significant investment with rapid growth on the horizon they are looking for a talented individual to lead the HR / Recruitment Function during this exciting time.
Role Responsibility:
They require a HR Business Partner/Recruiter to support the business objectives. The purpose of the role is to implement HR and People Management initiatives as agreed by the Executive team. As such the role requires an understanding and ability to develop a HR Strategy and also the wider Business Strategy in order to contribute fully to the company’s success. The role will also play a key part in the Home Commissioning team through creating, implementing and delivering recruitment strategies for our new homes opening in 2021 and 2022.
The Ideal Candidate:
They are currently a small entrepreneurial company, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have the experience and ability to build their own strategies and work flows to fulfil the Companies objectives. Initially, a full time HR Admin is already in place.
In particular they are seeking a candidate who has “been there, seen it and done it”, examples of rapidly scaling up people and talent resources will be required. The initial 18 months in the role before we focused on growing the Care Home teams before moving to building talent identification and development strategies.
They are looking for a self-starter to build our HR department and operations.
