£40k per annum pro-rated

Reporting directly to the HR Director, our consumer healthcare client is seeking a self-motivated, articulate and highly organised Clinical Recruiter who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with recruiting managers to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, being clear about ‘what good looks like’

Responsible for driving targeted recruitment campaigns to find and attract Clinical Staff preferably Dentists, focusing on relevant job boards, social media and direct sourcing. Tactics need to include creating a presence in the market as an employer of choice, headhunting, facilitating proactive events and international recruitment

Proactively source, screen and guide candidates through a successful interviewing and candidate experience so that hires create a step change for quality across the business

Provide top quality, shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and support candidates through the process

Provide management information to track pipeline and outcomes

Provide a best in class experience to all hiring managers and candidates, at every stage of the recruitment process

Desirable skills and experience

Proven experience of managing volume, top quality recruitment within the healthcare sector, particularly Doctors/Dentists

Prior recruitment experience with lead responsibility for managing talent acquisition

Full lifecycle recruitment experience, ideally for a healthcare business

Experience of using job boards and social media to source candidates with proven headhunt success and demonstration of an established network

Active participant in relevant professional networks

Experience of using applicant tracking systems

Proven experience of building great relationships with internal stakeholders across various functions

A genuine passion for recruitment and high service delivery expectations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
