We require a AHP Recruitment Consultant to join the recruitment team at our Healthcare client, this is a

remote role. Would be looking for someone with a background from a Healthcare sector with experience recruiting for AHP professionals (Therapist, Social Workers and Psychologist). Joining an established and experienced recruitment team you’ll be part of a department where there is a strong emphasis on teamwork with a variety of online courses and career development opportunities available.

We are looking for someone with a true passion for recruitment and improving processes, an operational expert with experience attracting candidates through multiple channels. You will also be providing be looking to source excellent talent through job boards, applications and head hunting techniques

Criteria

Knowledge across all aspects of best recruitment processes

Effective candidate selection from yourself and the wider team, ensuring the best candidates experience, candidates who do not meet criteria are responded to professionally and quickly & ensuring key candidates are met with a sense of urgency.

Pragmatic and solutions focussed, react to changing environments and circumstance

Strong understanding of the whole recruitment process and on boarding of candidates

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Generating a high volume/high-quality pipeline of future suitable candidates

Sourcing active and passive candidates from online databases, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals

Excellent communication and admin skills

Providing advice to individual business managers
