Company Launch Partners is a growing financial management firm, providing outsourced finance and accounting services to startups and small to mid-sized businesses. To meet the demands of our client partners and continue our growth into 2022, we are looking to add an energetic and entrepreneurial person to our team.

This role offers a tremendous growth opportunity for someone beginning their career in accounting and the business world. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, eager to learn, and has a passion for entrepreneurship. This person will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple tasks, all while helping us shape our company to scale significantly.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate in accounting, seeking their first opportunity with a growing company. This role is mostly remote with the ability for office work in Boston and/or Providence.

Periodic Responsibilities Include:

• Recording of daily transactions into accounting systems and resolving questions and discrepancies.
• Processing accounts payable and vendor invoices for payment.
• Monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Monthly financial statements and report generation.

Special Projects:

• This role will work very closely with our leadership team on a variety of client projects.
• Onboarding of new clients and working with the team on clean up projects.
• Assisting in building financial models and other reporting dashboards.
• Internal project roll out initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field. Pursuit of a CPA designation is a plus.
• Demonstrated the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure effective time management skills.
• 2+ years of related experience, such as internships, preferably with startup companies.
• Demonstrated skills in financial accounting tools, such as QuickBooks Online.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong desire to learn and constantly improve both your work and the people around you
