Company Launch Partners is a growing financial management firm, providing outsourced finance and accounting services to startups and small to mid-sized businesses. To meet the demands of our client partners and continue our growth into 2022, we are looking to add an energetic and entrepreneurial person to our team.

As a result of our continued success, we are currently recruiting for an Accounting Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a point person in the most important activities in our firm which include operating and growing the business, This person will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, all while helping us shape our company to scale significantly in the near future. Working with our clients and our team, you will be involved in tasks such as:

Responsibilities Include:

• As a key player on our management team, you will be responsible for managing team performance and ensuring adherence to our company values, which drive our success.
• You will be responsible for workforce scheduling and ensuring work product is delivered timely and with accuracy.
• Serve as a resource to team members for guidance on client tasks and/or resolution of client issues.
• Monitor team member performance by reviewing quality of work, timeliness of deliverables and adherence to client budgets.
• Continuous meeting with team members on profitability and performance
• Closely monitor billable hours and utilization. Maintain profit margin for assigned clients and team.
• Participate with the management team in the financial forecasting process.
• Oversee client onboarding process for all assigned client engagements in accordance with defined process.
• Serve as a resource for client team for resolution of accounting items and special projects.
• Resolve technology issues for clients and the company to accelerate efficiencies.
• Partner with project manager to ensure processes and learning management system is operating effectively.
• Involvement in customer billings and collections.
• Work with management to implement special projects for the Firm.
• Involved in the recruiting and onboarding process for new team members.
• Review accountants’ work to ensure highest quality of service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field. CPA designation or MBA highly favored.
• Demonstrated the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure effective time management skills.
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably with startups or small business.
• Commitment to build strong client relationships and being a team player.
• Expertise in various financial software tools. Commonly used software include, but not limited to, Quickbooks Online; Bill.com; Expensify; Gusto Payroll
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong desire to learn and constantly improve both your work and the people around you
• A dedicated office space that has a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
