Company Launch Partners is a growing financial management firm, providing outsourced finance and accounting services to startups and small to mid-sized businesses. To meet the demands of our client partners and continue our growth into 2022, we are looking to add an energetic and entrepreneurial person to our team.

Our newest team member will work closely with us to provide services to a select group of our clients in a professional manner. This person will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, all while helping us shape our company to scale significantly in the near future. Working with our clients, you will be involved in tasks such as:

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform full-cycle accounting functions including, but not limited to, receivables; payables; payroll; month end entries and related for multiple clients.
• Month end quality review of financial statements and workpapers.

• Interface with the clients on an ongoing basis to proactively handle operational and accounting needs.
• Responsible for oversight of payroll responsibilities for clients.
• Onboarding of new clients including the introduction of new financial and accounting systems.
• Preparation of weekly cash flow reporting and communications with clients.
• Team involvement in several process improvement projects for both CLP clients and internal operations as well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field. CPA designation or MBA highly favored.
• Demonstrated the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure effective time management skills.
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably with startups or small business.
• Commitment to build strong client relationships and being a team player.
• Expertise in various financial software tools. Commonly used software include, but not limited to, QuickBooks; Bill.com; Expensify; Gusto Payroll.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong desire to learn and constantly improve both your work and the people around you

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
