What You Would Do

This position requires the Project Manager to be able to strategically analyze and synthesize data based on each campaign’s performance, industry trends, and critical thinking while implementing creative next steps to improve the campaign’s results continually. Additionally, this role requires the individual attention of the Project Manager to carry out tasks in the related areas of Organic Search, Paid Search, Local Search, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing. The Project Manager position plays a vital role in the success of our inbound marketing team, and the ease at which ongoing projects are cared for and continually improved. Ultimately, the overall value of communication, service and expertise Company 119 provides to our clients.

Note: Because this position requires regular interaction with local team members, this position is not a hybrid or remote position. This role is based in our Chardon, Ohio offices.

Qualifications

• No prior marketing or agency experience is required.
• Self-taught learner (no college degree needed)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and work in a rapidly evolving environment
• Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Willing to accept new challenges (Run Toward Fire)
• Passionate about your work and willing to push creative limits
• Ability to hold to timelines, hourly targets, and budget goals
• Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Related experience and training in coordination or management – digital marketing experience preferred

• Digital Marketing experience
• Shown previous interest in marketing
• Basic coding knowledge of HTML and CSS

Compensation

• $45,000 to $55,000 salary depending on experience
