AdWords Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced full-time PPC/AdWords account manager to join our in-house marketing and advertising team. Our family-owned organization has been established for 30+ years and has approximately 200 employees and a number of established sister companies. Because of this, we offer room for personal and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will work to manage, develop and implement an effective PPC campaign strategy for an existing well-established Adwords account.

In addition, the candidate will work in tandem with the in-house CMO and other marketing team members to hit various goals which are established monthly.

Hitting and maintaining quality and volume goals is a team effort, but this PPC/AdWords account manager will be responsible for the overall health and daily management of the Adwords account.

Proper account management, KPI tracking, and ing are required.

KPIs include but are not limited to, budget management, maintaining an established lead volume and quality for our in-house sales team, as well as maintaining the accounts short term and long-term ROI. Tracking the daily, weekly & monthly KPIs while looking for ways to identify opportunities for account improvement and regular ing to management is needed.

Job Duties

• Creating, developing, implementing & maintaining effective paid search strategies.

• Simultaneously executing & optimizing various PPC campaigns within our Adwords account.

• Overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)

• Targeting selected audiences through researching keywords

• Managing campaign budgets & adjusting bids to optimize ROI.

• Tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.

• ing KPIs to management daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and at EOY.

• Producing engaging, clear & concise ad copy.

• Ensuring that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, and tracking is in place.

• Building and strengthening key relationships across PPC ad platforms and various vendors

• Reducing the risk of click fraud & trademark infringement.

• Staying current with PPC & SEM trends and techniques.

• Have a willingness to share market trends with other teammates.

Experience Level & Industry Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a PPC Ad Manager with a proven track record that you can showcase.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with multiple ad platforms, e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, Bing, Etc.

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics & Excel with the ability to extract and interrupt data.

• Average communication, both verbal and written.

• Analytically minded and strong in arithmetic

• AdWords certification is an advantage but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
