Qualifications:We are seeking an innovative and talented Creative Strategist to join our team. As a Creative Strategist, you will be instrumental in building and shaping the brand identities of our clients. With a strong background in marketing, social media management, and creative strategy, you will take the lead in ideating and executing campaigns that resonate and build a lasting presence. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our clients’ and creators’ goals, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
• Collaborate with the content creation and marketing teams to develop multimedia content that engages the target audience and establishes a strong online presence.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and insights that can be integrated into the creative process.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content, and make recommendations for optimization.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops with internal teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring timely and impactful content.
• Establish relationships with industry influencers and platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and other team members to ensure alignment with brand identity.
• Track and on the performance and effectiveness of the creative strategy to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management and creative strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok etc.).
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Familiarity with content creation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience working with creators, influencers, or personal brands.
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Previous experience in an agency environment is an asset
