CRJ is a unique 140-year-old nonprofit organization headquartered in Boston that provides direct services as well as research/consulting services within the areas mental health, criminal justice, and public policy field. We are seeking a full-time Talent Management Recruiter to become a part of our HR & Culture Team!
The Talent Management Recruiter, is a member of the Talent Management Team within Human Resources at Community Resources for Justice (CRJ). The Talent Management Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand the staffing priorities to present qualified candidates. In this role you will work to consistently create a positive candidate experience. The Talent Management Recruiter position s to the Director, Human Resources.

Responsibilities:


Essential Duties:
  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting process including job posting, sourcing, screening, presentation of candidates to hiring managers, and onboarding.
  • Works collaboratively with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone screenings and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Performers reference checks
  • Follow through and follow up with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensures selected candidates complete pre-employment requirements completely and in a timely manner
  • Utilizes applicant tracking system according to organizational policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent
  • Stays abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

Qualifications:


Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills – ability to inspire and motivate candidates about the mission and work of CRJ
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be flexible & adaptable, with the ability to hire across a variety of disciplines and experience levels
  • Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Team oriented
