The intern will be responsible for vibing with our community across socials—replying to comments and DMs, creating content that hits, managing our Discord/WhatsApp communities, and making sure our audience feels seen (unlike Megumi rn). This is an on-site role located in the Hidden Hills of Dehradun.Skills Required:- Actually good at talking to people on the internet (parasocial experts welcome)- Understanding of Instagram, Twitter/X, Discord & WhatsApp community dynamics- Writing captions, replies & content that doesn’t sound like a brand wrote it- Basic meme literacy (bonus if you understand brainrot)- Tracking engagement & community sentiment- Collaborating with creators/influencers without being cringe- Staying on top of anime trends, drops & discourse- Using AI tools for content ideas, scheduling & engagement tracking- Knowledge and passion for anime culture and its communityWhat You’ll Learn:- How to build & nurture an engaged community from scratch- Content creation workflows for social platforms- Influencer & UGC collaboration strategies- Community analytics & sentiment tracking- How to turn customers into actual fansHow to Apply?Send your CV/LinkedIn to comicsense.xyz@gmail.comPS: This is a 4-month internship, and the stipend is ₹10,000-15,000/month.(Weebs who have wasted a sh*t ton of their lives watching anime are preferred)
