Resourcing Business Partner
Fulwood, Preston Head Office.
Reporting to the HR Director, out of our Head Office in Fulwood, Preston the Resourcing Business Partner will ensure that our candidates and internal stakeholders receive an industry-leading end to end engagement experience.
From supporting in the drafting of job descriptions and developing campaigns and adverts, to scheduling interviews and screening, your passion for success and customer-first mindset will ensure stakeholders are always kept informed and engaged.
You will have experience of Medical recruitment (either in-house or agency) and you will be accomplished in identifying the most ‘value –add’ approach to attract the very best talent to our business, including referrals, jobs boards and social media.
