We seek a passionate recruitment professional; excited about the impact they can make to our rapidly growing Company and Team. We require someone with experience in the art of finding the right ‘fit’. They must possess a hungry commitment to focusing their time and efforts in finding our ‘people of the future’.
This is a busy recruitment role requiring someone with general experience in the Telecommunications sector. Direct experience in recruiting for a variety of technical operational professionals, IT, customer services and field sales professionals is highly desirable.
If you know what to do and where to look to develop strong pipelines for future talent within this sector and possess strong time management skills, an effective communication style and are a great manager of projects and people’s expectations – We look forward to hearing from you!
This role will focus predominantly on supporting our Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Strategy. You will report into the People Director and Lead Talent Acquisition Partner and work closely with the wider People Team and Company, ensuring we maintain a robust recruitment strategy with a very strong focus on candidate care. Candidate care and the new employee journey are incredibly important to us.

1. If you had experience in high volume, reactive and evolving work environment.
2. If you have experience in recruitment within the Telecommunications Sector.
3. Have experience in development strategies for building and maintaining strong pipelines for future talent and maintaining a strong talent pool.
4. A keen interest in working in a scale up environment with an immediate and future need to meet our busy recruitment requirements.
