CEA operates as a Centre of Excellence for the delivery of high quality training and professional development for the hospitality, security & other services Industries across Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced RTO Compliance Officer. Someone who can potentially grow with our company and drive the success of the organisation. Working directly with the Compliance Manager and training teams, you will design and drive improved compliance outcomes for our growing organisation.

Essential Criteria:

At least 5 years RTO compliance experience
Excellent knowledge of Skills Assure Supplier Framework & ASQA standards, National Code 2018

Great problem solving and analytical skills

A strong work ethic
Leadership, Administrative and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously.
