About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an junior date entry / administration team member to join the team, working to data entry, generate paperwork and support trainers and administration with tasks mainly around a computer and filing / checking in the training Sector.

Reporting to the administration supervisors this role will see you primarily responsible for maintaining data entry and filing records in the office.

This is a full-time role based in Brisbane

What does this look like day to day?

• Collaborating with the general manager on a daily basis
• Providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients to maintain good relationships
• Actively maintaining relationships through regular consultation and communication
• attention to detail

Key selection criteria

You will have demonstrated experience in:

• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
