Location: Preston & Penwortham (All clients within a 3-mile radius)
Set Shift Pattern (Same Days Each Week)
- Tuesday: Split shift (morning & evening)
- Thursday: Morning–afternoon shift
- Alternate Weekends:
- Saturday: Split shift (morning & evening)
- Sunday: Morning to afternoon
This is a consistent, set rota, so you always know your working days and can plan your time outside of work.
Pay & Benefits
- £13.75 per hour (weekdays)
- £15.00 per hour (weekends)

We are a small, family-run care provider built on genuine care and strong values. Our Registered Manager, Charlotte, has over 20 years’ experience as a paramedic, and works alongside her daughter Beth, our Assistant Manager.
What makes us different is that our management team is fully hands-on. Both Charlotte and Beth:

✨ The Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support a regular group of clients each week, helping to build strong, trusting relationships.
You’ll deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans, including:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication support
- Companionship and social interaction
- Dementia care
- Light housekeeping
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
