About the Role
The Accounts Payable part of the role is primarily responsible for monitoring and championing the Purchase Order and Invoicing. It includes processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The Accounts Payable Officer will also maintain current vendor accounts, analyze credit card, and expense reports, allocate costs to the correct Program codes, and work with vendors to resolve any issues.
The Accounts Receivable component of the role will also have end-to-end responsibility over the Receivable process – functions that will include, but not be limited to: generation of invoices; debt management process for overdue accounts; handling customer enquiries and bank reconciliations.
