Are confident coaching and up-skill hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques
Have a gift for relationship building and stakeholder management
Has interest in getting involved in TA projects and not just recruiting numbers
Can get creative, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to attract diverse talent, including search methodologies
Can successfully build, manage and maintain talent pools from both the passive and active job seeker market
Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions with HR and hiring managers

Are you a perfect match?
Demonstrated full cycle recruitment experience including Technology, Sales, marketing and product roles
Strong background across talent acquisition and recruitment, either agency or in-house within a similar role
Demonstrated knowledge and experience across relevant talent markets (Engineering, Technology, Product, Marketing and Sales )
Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting and advising the right candidates to the hiring managers
Experience in utilising ATS/ CRM systems, preferably Workday
Passion for TA projects and process optimisation while managing recruiting priorities
Experienced in advising the hiring managers on using talent insights and market research
Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
A desire to provide great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
Proven ability to build strong relationships and leverage connections to get tasks completed
