Do work that matters:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role is key to get the right talent into the role. You’ll work closely across a large Talent Acquisition community to continuously improve our service offering and make a difference to candidates.

You’ll report directly into the Talent Acquisition Manager and your key responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to the following:

• Be a brand ambassador for CommBank

• Promote a high performance culture and attract the best talent to want to work with us

• With work stakeholders (proactively and consultatively) across different business areas to understand their recruitment needs

• Identify and implement bespoke and relevant sourcing strategies to deliver service requirements and meet stakeholder expectations

• Build, manage and maintain talent pools from both the passive and active job seeker market, using them as a first source for all recruitment activity

• Collaborate with the wider TA community to support key projects and initiatives as well as execute ideas for continuous improvement

Sitting within the Chief Operating Office, Group Operations is the engine room of the CBA Group dedicated to running, improving and transforming the processes that deliver products, services and productivity benefits to the CBA Group’s customers

.

You’ll also have:

• A gift for relationship building and stakeholder management

• Outstanding organisational skills and proven process management expertise with the ability to handle multiple projects

• Previous experience recruiting for Finance / Risk roles would be desirable

• A solid recruitment background from a fast-paced in-house, on-site or agency environment.

• Some experience with volume recruiting would be nice to have.

• A sense of urgency whilst maintaining attention to detail

• An enthusiastic, can-do, attitude.
