The Technology, Analytics, Digital and Delivery (TADD) team partners with our business customers to execute our talent strategy with a focus on building proactive sourcing strategies and a strong employer brand while utilising the best tools, systems and technology to ensure we attract and select world class talent to the Group.
Do work that matters:
This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition for and will lead a sizeable team of experience talent acquisition partners and sourcing specialists.
Engineering is a critical talent segment for CommBank thus you will lead a complex and highly visible portfolio for permanent recruitment activities for a number of different technologies and teams across the Group.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your key focus is to manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners enabling them to deliver the right talent at the right time to support the Group’s vision. You will deliver value through:
Leading a high performing team, with a strong focus on their development and growth
Enhancing the Group’s reputation, culture and brand – with particular focus on the Engineering and technology talent marketplace
Drive excellence through optimised recruitment delivery
Continually focus on an enhanced candidate & hiring manager experience
Ensure we are optimising all talent attraction and sourcing efforts
Identifying and hiring the right talent to support the business strategy while activating our diversity and inclusion efforts to make better hiring decisions
Manage delivery against relevant TA strategies
Meaningfully contribute to the leadership team’s priorities and deliverables
You will collaborate closely across a large Talent Acquisition community, including being a part of the TA extended leadership team, to design and implement projects that further enhance the offering and effectiveness of our function.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
A track record of success in a recruitment leadership role, operating at a broad range of senior stakeholder levels
An reputation of applying innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent in a highly competitive market
Sound understanding of engineering and technology talent acquisition
Demonstrable experience with designing and implementing selection methodologies to meet the needs of the business whilst ensuring alignment to governance
Experience using data & analytics to identify trends, set strategies, plan delivery and influence decisions
Experience coaching & developing a seasoned team of specialist recruiters and sourcing specialists
Ability leverage existing systems to reduce cost & risk, increase velocity of delivery and drive continuous improvement
