Campus Talent Acquisition are responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution of our future Leader program within CBA. We support business leaders to attract, select and hire the best early careers talent to meet the Group’s future workforce needs.

Do work that matters:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Campus Strategy & Projects, your key focus is to implement strategies to continuously evolve an already mature Early Careers model. You will partner with senior stakeholders to map forecast and determine opportunities for Campus to support long term hiring needs. At present we focus on early careers but your recommendations could take us anywhere.
In the first year your primary goal will be to review and optimise our processes and technology suite to maximise team effectiveness and drive experience.
This unique single contributor leadership role delivers the opportunity to write strategy, drive projects, manage budgets and engage external partnerships, mange vendors and influence leaders at executive level. You will partner closely with the Campus Operations Manager and Campus Learning Manager and as a trio will work towards a future where Commbank’s Early Career programmes are unrivalled in the market!
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Demonstrated success in a leadership recruitment or HR role, with proven people management experience (Early Career experience preferred)
Transformed operating models, processes and technology to evolve and enhance outcomes. Experience with Workday and Avature would be an advantage
Developed strategies to achieve goals and operationalised ideas
An innate ability to work with ambiguity, think with a future focus and overcome challenges.
A track record of managing projects to tight deadlines and budgets
Dedication to delivering diversity outcomes and an ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive change
A commitment to a culture based on care, courage and commitment.
