As members of the Executive Talent & Succession team, our Researchers are pivotal in delivering senior leadership talent to support the Group’s purpose and strategy. The focus of the role is utilising innovative research strategies in identifying and attracting top talent, underpinned by the by the Group’s Inclusion and Diversity strategy, to support Executive level hiring and succession planning across the Group.

The role reports to the Head of Executive Talent & Succession and is part of a highly collaborative and high performing in-house executive search team. You will have end to end ownership of research processes and provide our stakeholders with meaningful talent and market insights to support hiring and succession planning. You will be a critical brand ambassador for the CBA Group and promote our Employee Value Proposition to competitively differentiate CBA in the talent market.
We’re interested in hearing from experienced researchers
with proven expertise in deploying best practice executive search methodologies or seasoned recruiters with hands-on experience in utilising sourcing strategies to identify world class talent.

Highly collaborative in identifying and sharing insightful talent and market intelligence
Highly personable in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and perseverance to uncover hard to find talent
Excellent process management and ability to manage multiple tasks/conflicting priorities
Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset to constantly navigate complexity and ambiguity
