Job Purpose
The Commission-Based Marketing Associate will drive business growth by generating high-quality B2B leads, pitching company services/products, and converting prospects into active clients. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Outreach

Outbound Marketing: Run independent outreach campaigns through cold calling, professional networking (LinkedIn), email marketing, and field visits.
Brand Presentation: Deliver highly persuasive pitches and presentations to decision-makers (Owners, Purchase Managers, Directors) explaining the company’s value proposition.
2. Funnel Management & Conversion
Client Onboarding: Nurture generated leads through the marketing funnel, handling initial inquiries, sharing brochures/proposals, and scheduling technical evaluations if required.
Deal Closure: Coordinate with the internal management team to finalize commercial terms, pricing quotes, and close contracts.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact during the initial onboarding phase to ensure customer satisfaction and secure potential referral business.
3. Reporting & Strategy
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a transparent log of active prospects, successful conversions, and expected payout schedules.
Feedback Loop: Share market insights and customer objections with management to help refine marketing materials and pricing strategies.
