About the role

This role will play a key part in helping us to continue to recruit and attract highly talented individuals to help us deliver our ambitious growth plans.

The role holder will be required to take ownership of our candidate journey. This includes taking the time to truly understand role requirements, finding great talent from a variety of sources, engaging candidates with our business and supporting managers during the selection process to ensure the best possible outcome every time.

We of course have flexibility for you to work from home, but ideally we’d like you to be in the office (central Nottingham) 3 days a week.

What you’ll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for:

• End to end recruitment for a variety of functions (Commercial, Finance, HR, Tech, Customer Success, Marketing etc) for our entities across the UK, Europe, Australia and the US

• Working with the HR team and key stakeholders to deliver our talent acquisition strategy and delivering against resourcing plans in a timely manner

• Partnering with recruiting managers to support them throughout the hiring process and assisting them in making high quality decisions

• Finding creative and resourceful ways to engage with diverse top talent

• Driving a strong ROI from all recruitment expenditure

• Partnering with external suppliers to ensure market trends and insights are used to help drive results

• Introducing new and innovative strategies to attract top talent

• Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for high growth areas of the business

• Supporting and driving our Inclusion and Diversity agenda

• Working to defined timescales, engaging all the relevant stakeholders at each stage of the process

• Ensuring a great candidate journey throughout the recruitment and selection process

• Acting as a guardian of our culture; protecting and enhancing our employer brand at all times

• Reviewing current processes with the aim of driving improvements

• Delivering against key metrics and SLAs e.g. cost to hire, time to hire

What we’re looking for

The job holder will be an exceptional candidate, with a proven track record in a similar role. In particular, they are required to have:

• Experience of operating in an in-house talent acquisition or agency recruitment role

• Experience of managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

• Ability to manage high volume recruitment activity, prioritisation skills

• Significant direct hiring experience

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Excellent relationship building and networking skills

• Team player with a drive to succeed

• Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively on own initiative

It would be great, but not essential if you also had:

• International recruitment experience
• Technology recruitment experience
