What You’ll Do
- Execute talent acquisition strategy with focus on full-cycle recruiting
- Manage recruitment and selection process including reviewing resumes/applications, pre-screening qualified applicants, scheduling in-person interviews, presenting top candidates to hiring managers, and reviewing background reports with HR
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and set expectations for talent acquisition process
- Partner with the HR team on salary recommendations and creating offer letters, job postings, and other materials that support talent acquisition activities
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics to assess the process and provide feedback to the team
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics as well as generate monthly updates about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
- Effectively communicate position description, salary, company benefits and culture to all candidates and manage them effectively throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain requisitions and applicants properly in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with Affirmative Action requirements
- Work with local temp agencies to help support seasonal or temp to perm hiring needs
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting events
- Suggest process improvements and new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment required
- Combination of agency and corporate talent acquisition experience strongly preferred
- Advanced understanding of full cycle recruitment processes and an in-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods required
- Must have hands on experience with applicant tracking systems, SuccessFactors preferred
- Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business and work with all levels in the organization
- Must be highly organized with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a large workload while maintaining a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Must be self-driven with an ability to respond quickly to client requests and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Exposure to Affirmative Action requirements a plus
