Why This Job_
_ In this position, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with internal business leaders, colleagues, and HR. You will manage the application process for open positions, post jobs to CMC’s career page and other relevant sites, and help create offer letters, position descriptions, and other marketing materials. You’ll also document, track, and maintain applicant records and statuses on open positions, while developing and maintaining relationships with candidates. We’re looking for someone who is able to provide proactive customer service, is proficient in Microsoft Office, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can prioritize and manage a large workload. You’ll be able to work a flexible schedule, and some travel will be required._
