The City of Commerce City is seeking an innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with departments on filling city-wide position vacancies and is the primary contact for full cycle recruitments. This exciting position will be establishing hiring criteria, understand recruiting needs, sourcing candidates and creating an exceptional onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate will understand and promote recruitment best practices and advocate for strategies that support diversity, equity, and inclusion.

PAID TIME-OFF BENEFITS:

• Holidays: There are 11 paid holidays each year.
• General Leave: Leave banks are granted to employees after six months of full-time employment. General Leave may be used for vacations, personal business, illness, or other reasons as requested by the employee and approved by his/her supervisor.

The employee must have successfully completed their 6-month Introductory Period for eligibility.
• Recreation Center Membership: Employees and family members are eligible for a membership to the Commerce City Recreation Center for $5.00 per person per year.
• Golf Course Green Fees: Employees can play the City’s award-winning Buffalo Run Golf Course at a rate of $9.00 for 9-holes or $18.00 for 18-holes. Employees can also purchase golf merchandise at discounted prices.
