Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
– Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
– Transcribe documents and correspondence
– Schedule appointments and manage the Outlook Calendar
– Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing files
– Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and room setup
– Prepare s, presentations, and other documents as requested
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and grammar
– Utilize office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines
Skills:
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
– Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
