Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations:
• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, ensuring a positive and lasting first impression.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all required information is accurately recorded.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance guests’ stay.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Reservations and Booking Management:
• Handle guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Monitor room availability and update reservation systems in real-time.
• Manage room assignments, ensuring guests receive the appropriate accommodations as per their preferences and reservation details.
• Communication:
• Act as a central point of communication between guests and various hotel departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to emails and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping to maintain organized and up-to-date information.
• Process guest payments, maintain accurate account records, and handle cash transactions following the hotel’s accounting procedures.
• Prepare and distribute daily s, occupancy statistics, and other relevant information as required.
• Safety and Security:
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings by strictly adhering to the hotel’s security protocols.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, alerting appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Teamwork and Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other hotel staff members to provide a seamless guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist colleagues in various tasks to maintain efficient hotel operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent proficiency in spoken and written [Language(s)] is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and standard office software.
