We are a multi-doctor dental office seeking a front desk receptionist. Our office strives to have an enthusiastic staff that works together as a team. Both full and part time hours available.

The tasks involved would include:

• Checking in patients as they enter the office
• Distributing new patient paperwork using a tablet
• Answering the phone and scheduling
• Potentially, checking insurance eligibility; we utilize an outside source for insurance breakdowns and eligibility, however occasionally it needs to be checked in office
• Preparing and receiving patient lab cases

The office is open from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to 1:30 PM on Saturdays, with patients being scheduled from 8 AM to 4PM. This job is also open to those without high school diplomas or the equivalent.
